Post Systematic crash on next turn
As by title.
Hoping it was a matter of memory (despite the lack of OOM message and having double and triple checked every executable with CFF Explorer for that switch to be active, which looks like it is by default in W7) I let some minors be esared by dropping a barbarian on their cities but nothing changed. CTT few moments after ticking the science counter.
I'll attach the file as soon as I find out how.

There is no need for CFF explorer in BtS, this piece of advice is long outdated. Also, it's specific to MAFs, which always politely tell you they are MAFs.

"Letting some minors be erased" is a cargo cult and does nothing to your game in terms of stability. I don't go around blindly erasing stuff - I look at the logs and see where the CTD actually occurs, even if I don't see its reason. In this case, Siberians needed killing off. They were mostly inconsequential at that point, so little harm done to the save. Here's the link.

Frankly no, other than not playing the Earth Maps as they seem to crop out more often there. And we in the UK aren't so far behind, so see you there! ;-)
